Abstract

The methodology applied to life history is one of the research techniques that allows us to get to know a social phenomenon from a more human and integral perspective. This paper shows the steps to do a good job of selection, order and thematic registration. In addition, an example of the life story of a subject affected by three different stigmas is presented: being homosexual, seropositive and an immigrant in Spain. The complexity of the phenomenon makes it necessary to separate each element through a unique and essentially humanist narrative material.
