Women in the academy. Changing opportunities?

Official statistics at the national level suggest that there are important advances in Mexican women’s participation in science. To contribute to this debate, I studied a group of researchers, particularly exploring their academic trajectories and experiences through comparative analysis in three decades. The objective was to determine if in all of these years, scientific women identified or not changing opportunities, both in the acade mic formation and their professional research activities.
