Photography offers the viewer the opportunity to appreciate an instant that can never be replicated. The photographs presented here are a memory of a moment lived in Colima in the second decade of the 21st century, especially of a handful of women whose bicycle is an element of empowerment and visibility. It is then that, taking advantage of the exceptional richness and complexity of the image, García Sandoval (2011) used it as an illustration, but also as a source of information that generates knowledge (Pérez, 2011).
