Abstract

This paper analyzes two research studies that favor ethnography for the study of feminist activism in Argentina from the 21st century onwards in different time fra-mes, conjunctures, and territorial contexts. It deals with the works of Laura Masson (2007), Feminists everywhere. An ethno-graphy of feminist spaces and narratives in Argentina and Julia Burton’s (2018) In the Neuquén way. A study of non-metropolitan feminist militancy for abortion rights. In particular, three analytical dimensions are addressed: the space-time-territory, the novel theoretical contributions, and the feminist demands of each ethnography. The hypothesis of reading the text that has been confirmed refers to the fact that these are two investigations that, with only eleven years of difference in their publica-tion, demonstrate some of the enormous transformations that have taken place in Argentinean feminist activism in the last two decades.
