Una propuesta de procedimiento especial laboral que regule las excepciones al principio de estabilidad en el empleo

Abstract

Defiance to arbitration must modify its name and procedure with the emergence of Labor Courts and the new principles of the Procedural Labor Law. A new special procedure is suggested for the Protection of the Principle of Employment Stability with the characteristics of greater concentration and immediacy as to guarantee the study of the updating of cases of exception to this principle and immediately implement the sense of the corresponding sentence in what refers to labor and social security issues.
