Motherhood will be desired or it will not be is one of the iconic slogans for the decriminalization of abortion in Latin America. The tilde in desire is an accent of feminist languages on power, where experiences have been steps and collective footprints in dreamed, desolated, crumbled and reconstructed houses; and in sinister, festive and overflowing streets, which have found inspiration in literary fictions.
