Entrepreneur development on Russia Federation (1992-2018)

The present work within a historical analysis of knowing how the development of entrepreneurial activities within the Russian Federation during the years from 1992 to 2018. Four study periods were divided taking into account the duration of the presidents’ government and the Comparative method of the re-ported results of the Russian Federation in the years 2010 and 2018 to the Global Entrepreneur Monitor of the World Bank was compared with, Germany, United States, Israel and Japan. As a result, it can be said that the undertakings carried out in Russia are incipient and at a rural level almost null and their undertakings are by necessity and these businesses are feasible to be surpassed, on the other hand, the other countries their undertakings are by opportunity by the knowledge and innovation that are hardly surpassed.
