The Comparative Analysis of Labor Inequalities by Gender in Africa, Asia, and Mexico

The purpose of this article is analyzing labor inequalities in Africa, Asia and Mexico. The statistical estimation model is presented to analyze gender inequality in access to high employment positions in the public and private spheres. Scientific concern leads to the following question: What is the probability among men and women of holding high positions in some countries in Asia and Africa, compared to the Mexican case? As the conclusion, it is observed that despite the differences, there is a common pattern of inequalities between men and women in access to high jobs.
