The article analyzes the most significant questions of the constitutional system of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) under leadership of Kim Jong Un, and other events of the last decade and how this may influence the future policy of North Korea, the position of its top leader and whether an evolution of the present situation towards new approaches in the political, economic, military and social fields, as well in the international policy linked to development of the Constitution of DPRK in next third decade of 21 century
