The cultural reluctance of female leadership. How is it perceived?

This research is part of the project: Business Environment and Women in Management, adscriptive and correlational study in which a survey was applied to 193 graduate students and entrepreneurs from centralwestern Mexico. The study seeks to answer questions related to women and men’s perception of their leadership, taking into account biological aspects, abilities and skills in management. The article contemplates if business women have broken the glass ceiling. The results show how women and men in management are perceived, and how each sex perceives the challenges facing them in the field of management.
