Abstract

In present times, technology has become an obligatory reference for people and both public and private institutions. This is because they manage to make life more comfortable and faster. Therefore, technology as such, has been incorporated into common life.
However, if one speaks of the law, in particular of administration of justice, technology has difficulties at the time of its application and incorporation. This is because there is no legally approved regulation in Mexico on how technology should be used as to clarify the justice processes that the State administers. That is why Mexico, at present, faces a great challenge: the legal regulation of technology in administration of justice and the way in which the aforementioned should be done. Therefore, as a perspective,
administration of justice must find the way to merge with new technologies and achieve a true functional application.
