Abstract

This review makes an analysis of the work El poder de la mediación, by the author Francisco Javier Gorjón Gómez, published in the year 2023. A review was made of each of the chapters of the work, from which the main contributions that serve as a basis to point out its value to the interested reading public could be rescued.

Paloma Ballina Moreno, Colegio de Profesionales en Métodos de Solución de Conflictos y Mediación A.C.

Education: PhD student in Conflict Resolution Methods and Human Rights belonging to the National Postgraduate System (SNP) of the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (SECIHTI); Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution Methods and Human Rights by the UJAT-SNP-SECIHTI; Bachelor's Degree in Law by the UJAT. Occupation: Independent researcher, member of the Colegio de Profesionales en Métodos de Solución de Conflictos y Mediación A.C., and of the Sistema Estatal de Investigadores 2024-2025 of the state of Tabasco.
