Abstract

This divulgation article presents the benefits obtained from a project carried out by a work group called Equidarios,
made up of high school students (two men and one woman), a teacher in charge and an assistant teacher, assigned to a private educational institution in Tabasco,
Mexico. This project aimed at recognizing the role of Latin American women, mainly from Tabasco, who worked in the
area of social or natural sciences in their various professions, and thus promoted the potential of women through various means of dissemination such as platforms
or digital magazines, to inspire more girls and young people in the region. For the development of the aforementioned project and subsequent reflection of
the impact that the activity had on the work team, a qualitative methodology was used, carried out at first by the Equidarios team, and second moment by its own institution of ascription to understand how that participation had favored their students and teachers. On
the other hand, the work carried out in the conformation and development of the project is described; as well as the categories that show the impact on gender perspective that the members of the Equidatarios team had after the
achievements obtained. The actions at first arise in response the requirements of the Wisibilízalas International Contest 3rd edition, convened by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, added to the interest of the institution in Tabasco in knowing how the mentioned project had favored the gender perspective in students and
professors involved.
