The Korean democracy and human rights

Countries adopt the form of government that most of people admit and they are convinced that it is the best for most people, however there are some exceptions due to the particularities of population and life style. Objective: Describe democracy and human rights in South Korea. Methodology: Since the perspective of transnationalist, are analyzed cases of study of actions done by government or government institutions that supervise and regulate the human rights, as well as the behavior of citizens. Results. It is shown how it is very common that government institutions have power over citizens, however, at the same time citizens have power through exerting social pressure to decide the course of events that affect them and violate their human rights.
