Abstract

Through the book Research Methodology: Las rutas cuantitativa, cualitativa y mixta, by Roberto Hernández Sampieri and Christian Paulina Mendoza Torres, it is possible to understand fundamental elements of scientific research. Topics such as problem exploration, data collection, analysis and interpretation; research as a composite and interrelational process; approaches, interdisciplinary analysis methods; transcendence of science for the knowledge society; research applied to the professional field, systematic processes and epistemological techniques; objectives and types of research, methodological pluralism, among others, are clearly addressed and explained.
