Abstract

Esperanza's novel is, literally, a story about hope. And so shares the back cover, according to which the novel represents the aspirations for “utopian change” that flee from Mexicans, that are carried far away from us, and remain imprisoned behind the impassable wall of reality. The novel was written by Rubén Sandoval, Bachelor of Arts in Modern Letters, founder of the International Network of Researchers of La Frontera and Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French Republic in 2011.
