Foreign investment and its relationship with the exchange rate in México.

Abstract

This scientific article presents a clear and analytical vision of the impact that foreign investment had in relation to the exchange rate in Mexico during a period of 17 years. In this theoretical literary theoretical research, 8 authors trained to address the topic in depth were reviewed, who agree on different points with the relationship between the exchange rate and foreign investment. Which coincide
in a positive change, since they help us with economic growth and an increase in the nominal exchange rate.
The relationship between foreign investment and the exchange rate is dynamic and depends on various economic, political and financial factors. Investors,
governments and other stakeholders should carefully consider these factors when analyzing and managing the relationship between foreign investment and the exchange rate.
