ace más de 50 años, Cassirer afirmaba que el pensamiento biológico
ha dado verdadero carácter a la filosofía antropológica (Cuatrecasas,
1965), dado que los procesos biológicos definen el comportamiento y la
generación del pensamiento, aunque la descripción de los procesos com-
portamentales está influenciada por los paradigmas presentes. La ciencia
es un producto social e histórico que se articula con relaciones de poder,
contribuyendo a sostenerlas y, en muchas ocasiones, a perpetuarlas. Los
intereses sociales y políticos, así como los prejuicios de género tienen un
impacto importante en la producción de conocimiento científico (Blaz-
quez y Chapa, 2018).
Las investigaciones biológicas no están exentas de estos contextos
históricos que han estado ampliamente dominados por un pensamiento
masculino, hecho que contribuye a explicar procesos conductuales en
función de la hegemonía prevalente. Por ello, el objetivo de este trabajo

mixtas y habilidades heterogéneas.
